[New Feature] Integrate with Chatger and Update the Repo Structure as Mono Repo

Currently, we maintain the Refinaid project within a separate repository under an organization on GitHub. However, we recently discovered that continuing to manage it as a GitHub organization would incur higher costs.

To address this, we propose renaming the repository to "refinaid" and restructuring it as a mono-repo. This unified repository will contain simple-ai, Chatger, and refactored documentation, simplifying management and collaboration.

This approach will not only consolidate the service's source code but also enable the sharing of resources, such as Docker Compose files, ensuring better synchronization across the project.
