Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Axon:

  1. Sales Revenue: Total sales revenue over time (monthly, quarterly, yearly). This KPI is fundamental for tracking the company's financial health.
  2. Average Order Value (AOV): Measures the average amount spent each time a customer places an order. AOV is crucial for understanding purchasing behavior.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Your dashboard should include the following KPIs based on the previous discussions and data analysis:

  • Total Sales Revenue: Total revenue generated from sales.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): Average amount spent on each order.
  • Quarterly Sales Growth: Percentage growth in sales each quarter.
  • Best-Selling Products: Top products based on sales revenue.
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Average total revenue generated by a customer over their lifetime.
  • Inventory Turnover Rate: Frequency of inventory being sold and replaced.
  • Repeat Customer Rate: Percentage of customers who have made more than one purchase.
  • Gross Margin: Total sales revenue minus the cost of goods sold.
  • Employee Sales Performance: Sales figures associated with each sales representative.

2. Number of Pages:

The complexity and amount of information determine the number of pages. For clarity and ease of use, consider the following structure:

  • Page 5 - Employee Performance: Sales by employee, performance over time.

3. Charts and Graphs:

Select charts and graphs that best represent each KPI and data type:

  • Total Sales Revenue: Line or bar chart showing revenue over time.
