We have this issue on my dev server with gnat2017 enviroment. It doesn't happen on gnat2014 (wsdl2aws SOAP Generator v2.3.1)

It happens when we try to run the wsdl2aws (wsdl2aws SOAP Generator v3.0.0) with the wsdl in attachment (we have renamed it... remove the txt extension).
