Describe the bug
I am trying to figure out how to download the river KML data. The KML link on the page (footer) is broken in Safari and Chrome.

Are the KML files still available?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://www.americanwhitewater.org/content/River/state-summary/?state=WA
Scroll to the bottom and find the "WA State Rivers (KML)" link and click on it
Nothing happens.

Expected behavior
Download KML file

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: OS X
Browser Chromium 100.0.4896.127, Safari 15.2
