Feature request: more shortcuts functionality

Develop all the remote functionalities from NS announcements to shortcuts (e.g. temp basals, suspend, open-close loop). It would be super useful to be able to use at least temp basals with shortcuts (with 0 temp basal we could also "suspend" or open the loop for a defined time period).

Possible features:

• most important: temp basal with duration in minutes or half hours
• suspend-resume pump
• open-close loop
