Notifications Grouping

The current notifications panel presents one notification at a time on several panels. However, the original concept proposed by Alex, one of the designer of the project gathers notifications when they come from the same app like described in the following pdf:

This feature was planned for v1.0 but in order to keep reasonable deadlines, I decided to postpone it for a future release. Anyone can contribute an implementation of Alex's design idea.
