Inconsistent Bicep deployment behavior

I have noticed inconsistent deployment behavior when deploying bicep templates via GitHub actions workflow. We noticed that app service configuration is empty in some cases and it is populated some other times with the same bicep template. Has anyone faced the same issue?

Are you still having this issue? If so, can you share some more detail? How are you verifying that in some instances the configuration is empty and other times it is populated?

Hi @alex-frankel ,
I found this issue when I deleted the existing resources and re-deployed the bicep template. I verified by logging into the portal and checking the application configuration.

However, when I don't delete the existing resources and re-deploy the same bicep template, configuration is intact so far.

Got it. Unfortunately, without a consistent repro this will be a tough one to investigate. If you do come across a repro, please let us know.
