Install error - pip install -r requirements.txt (Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement)

I'm trying to install requirements but I keep running into this error:

If I try to install Lector anyway, I get this error:

I think it's because PyQt is behind PyMuPDF in the requirements.txt, since you failed to install PyMuPDF, the modules behind it are all not installed. Maybe you can try:
pip install PyMuPDF==1.14.20
or any other versions that showed on your picture. Sometimes pip just can't find the version that you wanted, but change a similar version usually goes well.
After that, don't forget to install the other modules in the requirements.txt, I think just use this again and it will work fine:
pip install -r requirements.txt
