Consultation on price setting of chemicals

a) Hello, does the price input in defining the stream (a= bst.Stream(ID=’a’, price=0.5)) refer to the price of the chemical in the year corresponding to the year in bst.settings.CEPCI?

b) Do the price conversion coefficients of different years in the website refer to the inflation rate (https://github.com/BioSTEAMDevelopmentGroup/Bioindustrial-Park/blob/master/biorefineries/HP/process_settings.py#L26-L30)? May I ask you the source of these conversion coefficients?
