Consultation about cooling tower blowdown stream

Hello, in the cellulosic model, cooling tower blowdown stream, chilled water package effluent and boiler blowdown stream do not seem to enter the wastewater treatment process, so could I consult you where do they eventually go? They do not seem to be considered in the calculation of TEA and LCA.
