There's an initial list of CORDEX-CMIP6 variables and corresponding WRF variables prepared by @yoselita here:

Sorry for my late answer,

now I understand, it has to be all the condensed water species, not only the liquid ones. As soon as I can, I will try to create the CDXWRF module version into the WRF branch. I updated the CDXWRF module to version 2. I will fix the diagnostic there.
