Rex automation framework support

Rex is a CPAN module that I use with Perl5-IDEA plugin on IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition to automate my bulk system administration tasks.

It's Rexfile is pure Perl, and has a task command that acts as a Perl sub.

Seeing my tasks sorted in a tree view on the Structure tool window would be useful to navigate over them.

Also recognition of Rex commands (simple Perl functions) such as task, desc, run, and file is desired and could be easy to implement since all are Perl.
