Provide a way to add some static content before and/or after the generated release notes. Adding content from an external file is preferred.

Why don't we just use some sort of tempting ? You could re-use some exciting tempting language native to python, to specify a template how the release notes should look like.

That way the user can have more control over how the results looks like.

How should it be done though - should that be supported by each of the writers separately or do you want to add it centrally ?

It would be nice if we can reuse some templates. I was thinking for a central solution but having it per writer also sounds good.

I think the #32 pr is relate to this isn't it ?
