change order of questions + added questions needed:

Select physical intervention
Type of surgery (add intracerebral injection ;) )
was stereotax used?
if true, what stereotax
was anaesthesia used?
if true, what type and what dose
was analgesia used?
if true, what type and what dose
was hydration provided?
if true, what dose
length of surgery or start and end time
how long did it take for the mouse to recover?
