Multi-sig - remove delegation - grace period info is shown twice

Bug Description
While removing delegation wit multi-sig account, I have noticed that it is needed to select Continue twice on page where grace period info is presented to the user.

Steps to Reproduce
Create multi-sig account.
Register delegation -> Select Passive delegation.
Remove delegation -> Cooldown period page opens -> Select Continue.

Expected Result
After selecting continue, user should be routed to Select transaction expiry page.

Actual Result
User needs to select continue twice.
