New tool idea

Clear and concise description of the feature you are proposing

Two approaches:
#1 : given two dates, calculate their offset in a series of predefined quantum (seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, etc.)
#2 : given one date and an offset (value and unit), calculate the resulting date

Bonus for supporting different timezones
