There are times when the ringtone volume is incorrectly set to silent, when it should be on vibrate. During these times, the ringtone volume in the notification bar will show silent while the ringtone volume in the widget in the pulldown notification window will show vibrate.
To reproduce:
Change the ringtone volume to something other than vibrate.
Create a new event that begins a minute or two from the current time and ends after a minute. Check Enable Vibration
Wait until the time you set the silent time event to begin.
Look at the ringtone volume in the pulldown notification window widget. It will show vibrate, but the ringtone volume in the notification bar will still show silent. The phone appears to be in silent mode (confirm by calling it) and not vibrate.
Wait until the time you set the silent time event to end.
The ringtone volume in the notification bar as well as the widget in the notification window will match again.
note: I believe this to be a Cyanogen bug and not a silent time lite bug, because my phone didn't exhibit this behavior before installing cyanogenmod.
