SAR isn't working correctly in GXP stereo #314

We tested this back at the end of the original SAR work and everything lined up nicely in stereo. Testing with the dlls from both #313 and #288 on the latest GXP online instance the MiniRF stereo pair we tested with isn't lining up properly. See the attached picture. Test data can be found at /work/projects/shareall/jmapel/MiniRF/
