Search before asking

  • I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

1、默认发送开启服务器对UTF-8的支持，解决读取中文路径或者中文文件名失败的问题
2、解决数据里包含特殊符号(逗号、换行符)，优化已经读取好的数据，不需要再通过flink csv再重复解析读取一遍
3、升级easyexcel依赖包，解决从execl读取时间格式问题，例如：原本 2023/2/1 格式的时间会被读取成 带着星期几，月份格式的时间。
