Error while get my Location

It always gets errors when I tap the Location button.I live in China. Could you please find the bug?

I am sure you enabled GPS. Right?
If you have enabled it but if it's still crash, let me know more information about this..

It seems that I use the Internet way to get location,so that's may the reason of the error.

because I am using gps sensor to get location and it works well

but I am sure android can get a location with internet. then why is that error occur..
