Space Villain arcade game prizes seem to be tracked globally instead of per machine #2616

Description

When one empties a Space Villain arcade machine of prizes (ranging from 5-8 as dictated in the entities/structures/machines/computers/arcades.yml file). All other Space Villain arcade machines do not seem to dispense prizes, either meaning it is tracked per player or per shift when it would make more sense if it was tracked per machine.

Reproduction
Empty a given Space Villain arcade machine of prizes, head to a separate Space Villain arcade machine, and then attempt to beat it, at which point it will not drop anything further

if it was per-machine youd be able to reconstruct it and keep making more

Ah... although, hmmmm..... what would be the best way to handle things then...?
