Good practice to use the gamepad as an external tool for easy debug.
We can use xinput2 API for the support this.

Subtasks:

Reverse input components system (console input system see ZHM3Hitman3)
Create HM3XBox360PCInputProvider and connect it to input system.

Support input for camera
