ee site clone - Not Working for Me

I am attempting to clone a site on the same host and the command:
$ ee site clone foo.com bar.com
Is not working for me. (obviously, I replace the above domains with my domains)

I get the error:

'clone' is not a registered subcommand of 'site'. See 'ee help site' for available subcommands.

The subcommand is still on the website, here:

However, when I do as EasyEngine prompts: 'ee help site' – I am not seeing it as a usable command:

ssl-renew Renews letsencrypt ssl certificates.
update Supports updating and upgrading site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
