Feature Request: Text box to run bazel commands

It would be great if the UI first asked me to select a workspace, and then the GUI included a text box (eg at the top) where I can type bazel commands and have it inject the required --bes_backend=grpc://localhost:5000 before running it, and watch the invocation in the GUI over BEP. Then it could double as a limited but self contained Bazel GUI.
