Hey!

I've just fond this module, and ansible is brand new to me - But I thought I'd throw myself into the deep end and try and configure Telegraf with your role.

I already deploy Telegraf with SCCM to my Windows hosts, so I'm just looking to use this to configure the Telegraf.conf and restart the service. Is it possible to skip the install? Also, I noticed that the install still uses nssm, but the latest version of Telegraf no longer requires this.

I've tweaked this role slightly to provide optional install features for windows & linux. Will submit a PR one I've tested it a bit more.
