Mark reported the following bug:

Supply APY is incorrect on my positions page.

How to reproduce:

login with Account A
Switch to Account B on Metamask
Click on My Positions Page
Refresh the page (the new account is shown)
Supply APY is incorrect (not showing)

And I experienced something similar.

login with Account
Disconnect through the account modal
Instead of showing "connect wallet" on the center of the screen, it showed "no positions, borrow".

It seems that both after changing an address and disconnecting, the state is not updated properly.
