testing changes locally from #4876

It appears something on the modify stream balance (top-up, deposit, withdraw) is causing it to refresh A LOT. Every time it refreshes the cursor moves out of the input box, which means if the user was trying to type a number, then it is not longer getting entered into the input.

This make it VERY challenging to try and input a number into this component.
