Hi, I'm writing to ask how to process result calculated by function TCSS_Calculate.

I noticed that sum of each T cell state score in each sample is not equal to 1. It seems that the total score of each T cell state in each sample is influenced by T cell abundance. It's suitable to normalize the result by dividing every T cell state score by total T cell state score?

Looking forward to your reply. Lots of thanks.

It is ok to perform this normalization.

If there are further questions to ask, you can add my wechat: Y1390473501, sometimes I can not see the news on this in time.
