异构AI芯片如AMD 系列的，是否需要自行定开了？
大致从哪个模块入手？

主要是launcher模块需要加入amd的一些依赖，如nv runtime会依赖 env nvidia_visible_devices , 以及如有网络插件自定义需求，需要加入相应 resources
