MetaDemands no longer replaces the standard simplified Ticket form

I have configured the self-service profile to replace the standard ticket form with the MetaDemands form. This configuration was tested in two different installations of GLPI, and it worked as expected previously. However, it seems that MetaDemands no longer replaces the standard simplified ticket form.

Steps to reproduce:

Configure the self-service profile to replace the standard ticket form with the MetaDemands form.
Test in a GLPI installation (tested in two different installations).
Notice that the MetaDemands form is no longer being used as expected.
Expected behavior: The MetaDemands form should replace the standard simplified ticket form as configured in the self-service profile.

Actual behavior: The MetaDemands form does not replace the standard simplified ticket form anymore.

Environment:
GLPI version: 10.0.17
MetaDemands plugin version: 3.3.18

This behavior was previously working in two different installations of GLPI. Please advise if any updates or changes have impacted this functionality.
