Context

It seems that all governance actions on all environments are showing Data missing error.

Its true for Sancho, Preview and Mainnet versions of the tool.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Governance Actions page (doesnt matter if you have wallet connected or not)

Actual behavior

1. Its presenting data missing error

Note: When you go to details you are still missing title and content, however external link that has metadata stored is working.

Expected behavior

1. It should have the proper title
