Clicking "Vote" or "Delegate" buttons multiple times will open the wallet multiple times. The button should be disabled once there is an instance of the wallet open (an example of this working correctly is the "retire" button on the dashboard of a DRep).

It is not occurring on test with demo 1.7 wallet
