Now the logo is just red and black. Do not respect the image rule of GuardRails project.

There is a need for an SVG as the logo of GuardRails and an SVG with the colors inverted for the developers who have the Theme Visual Dark or Visual Dark+ in their VSCode instance.

The logo needs to be placed in the /fileicons folder, and the rails.icon-theme.json (of the same folder) needs to be updated
