Change Field Name: 'Consent Context' to 'Collection Method and Location'

In the specification their is an item under review called consent context. Which requires a proposal to clarify what this field means. I would like to propose that we include: Collection Method and Collection Location
Add these as two separate fields: Collection Method - should be via device and Location - should link to the page consent was provided. Additional fields can be added for

• Collection method will indicate what (what type of notice requirements are necessary)

*Location - this provides a link to see and if need be verify that these requirements are present

I.e. website and the URI link to the consent button webpage (where consent was provided)
