Describe the Bug

Currently, we can drag and drop a when container on another when's step-node resulting in an invalid route. Same applies to doTry!

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Create a route.
  2. add a Choice processor with multiple When.
  3. Collapse a When, Drag and drop over the other when step-node.
