I am hoping there is a script or something that could allow whmcs admins to view or highlight or just have better control over duplicate tickets from same user? I understand a lot of the time the ticket is department based but also a lot of the time clients do not use this feature anyway or post the same ticket in multiple departments hoping for faster responses. Maybe there is a way to highlight duplicate tickets from the same user or have extra options on the merge options or something I don't know.
I have tried looking around for a module or something that could do this but I have not found anything
