SMLight SLZB-06M has random failures

Hi everyone,
I'm not entirely sure where to start in terms of debugging this. My Zigbee network works fine most of the time, and then all of a sudden I'll see a full failure of the system. The only way to make things work again (once I notice) is to restart the Z2M add-on.

I'm running HA on a Dell Optiplex 3040, Zigbee2MQTT add-on, with an SMLight SLZB-06M PoE adapter.

Has anyone else seen or resolved something like this before?

Here are the logs around the failure:

Here's also my configuration is that's helpful:

baudrate: 115200
adapter: ember
disable_led: false
rtscts: false
advanced:
  transmit_power: 20

Lastly, firmware versions:

• v2.3.6 for the SMLight Adapter
• 20240510 coordinator firmware
• 7.4.1 GA for Zigbee2MQTT

Did you ever get this solved? I'm struggling with a very similar situation/error coding but my Z2M starts and then has the code which kills it. Can't find many others with similar issues.
