The script setup_DarkDaq.sh doesn't work correctly and needs to be fixed.

The plan on the rewrite is as follows:

  • Use xterm instead of the native terminal
  • Bring up the run control, producers, collectors, log and monitors in different xterms.
  • Color code the xterms so it's easier to spot errors by subsystem.
