Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having proxy settings in the app will prevent IP logging by the weather provider. App-level proxy settings are more convenient than a VPN (or Orbot) as you don't need to remember to turn it on.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add proxy settings like in the F-Droid app.
