Describe the bug
As a user, I want to clearly and easily access the Clove Chrome plugin. Don't make them hunt for it or hide it behind an icon that few people will click, especially if it's going to make their experience easier.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select the (i) information icon for signing the 1st transaction.

Expected behavior
Information in bug description.
