Asset Balance table headers misaligned in Web App

Repro:

1. Use WalletConnect to connect and unlock your wallet on loopring.io
2. Go to L2 Wallet > L2 Assets
3. Observe the Balances Table at the bottom

Expected:
Table headers are aligned with each column properly

Actual:
The "Actions" header sits above a hotdog menu that doesn't appear to be actions, but coin pairs. The "Action" are one column to the left.

Notes:

• To make the table more aesthetically pleasing, all the headers and text in the columns should be aligned the same way, i.e., to the left. This is so everything lines up evenly and is easier to glance at a large list of many coins and values. As it is right now, some column header are very loosely placed. It doesn't look like anything is left, right or center justified.
• There is no indication what the drop-down menu with the coin pairs actually does. Is the column header pushed off-screen to the right for that one?
