Missing backbone_args during config.yaml generation

As of the November 15th update, I am no longer able to generate a config.yaml due to an error concerning backbone_args.

I run the Colab locally via Docker. Previous versions of the Colab continue to work normally.

Backbone args are there for both acoustic and variance. So I don't see why it is missing? It works fine on Google colab itself and I personally don't use docker so I have no way to replicate your issue
