BUG: When the computer shuts down, nekoray does not shut down properly.

Describe the problem

When the computer shuts down, nekoray does not shut down properly. When you turn on the computer again, the TUN mode and/or the system proxy remain active, but are not displayed enabled in the application.
Expected behavior:
When restarting, the TUN and proxy mode should save its state in the application and display checkmarks at startup.
Actual behavior:
When rebooting, the modes remain in the same state as before the reboot.

Enable TUN or proxy modes and restart the computer
