Downloaded 1 item now I got Overuse warning

As title says I downloaded only 1 item an update to an artist who I already downloaded and got an overuse warning. They said if I do not correct this behavior the account is at risk of being suspended or terminated. I was also opening a lot of tabs to bookmark at the time so I don't know if that could've done it but I'm just wondering if this happened to anyone else and how to fix this
