[FEAT] Font Justification Change Option in Table View

Objective

Give user the option to set their table view to left justified, right justified, full width justified, or center justified. Current functionality is only center justified, no user choice.

Initial Implementation Requirements

Enable left justification as a user choice alternative to center justification.
