[Sprint] Add generating API key for BE

Is there any feature that you would like to add?

First, an API Key is requested using the user's username and password.
For all subsequent requests, only the API Key is included in the request.
The backend uses the API Key to retrieve the corresponding username and password to execute operations with PyNP.
