Add webpack to concatenate all node files so ZIP packaging is no longer needed

Amazon allows us to copy/paste single files and skip the whole ZIP upload altogether. @DavidTPate showed me a repo that does what I am describing here using Webpack: https://github.com/RiptideCloud/awshack2015/tree/lambda

I need to finish up my example repo and publish it which adds babel & a bunch of optimization plugins to make it even faster..but time eludes me.
