Description

Probably makes most sense for traits, but maybe for trials also:
The traits available from the ontology is long. There currently at least is no way to filter (that would be a different feature request...). It would make sense to have a list of traits, set up on the BrAPI-compliant database (Breedbase has decent list features) and to be able to import to Field Book the traits by selecting a list. There are BrAPI endpoints for lists, if I'm not mistaken.

Alternatives

Filtering using text search. But then I would have to search for each trait separately.

v6 has an experimental new brapi import UI/UX that includes really nice searching and filtering. We're also slowly working to get to study-specific trait lists which will be associated with and imported at the same time as a study. We had a first pass of this but it was a bit confusing so didn't make it into the v6 release.

Searching for specific lists would probably be a good fit and is similar to #566
