Transfer/Copy Non-Steam Shortcuts and Covers from one profile to another

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a lot of customized non-steam shortcuts that are online visible to one account. When I login to another account (e.g. brother or a secondary accounts), these games are not visible and another shortcut must be added.

Describe the solution you'd like
Seeing as BoilR already sees each profile, shortcuts, and photos, it would be nice for a feature to have shortcuts basically transfer to the other profiles of your choosing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the standard solution is to manually add all shortcuts to any additional profiles, and also manually add photos for them.
