Handling Mondo's disease_responds_to edges

After the biolink:treats refactor, these edges are still getting mapped to biolink:treats. We need to think about the optimal way to handle these going forward. Here are the edges (note the source predicate is inverted to become biolink:treats, so these appear backwards):
